PIE, POTATO & CHEESE
Ingredients for 6:
- 500 g fresh anchovies, cleaned and open "a book"
- 300 gr
- potatoes 1 egg 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 200 gr pecorino
- salt and pepper to taste breadcrumbs
- butter 2 sprigs
Procedure Boil the potatoes in boiling water. Just cooked peel and mash with potato masher. Let them cool and dress with olive oil, salt, pepper and 150 grams of cheese. Then combine the egg, mix and set aside.
