Hello everyone!
this is another of those dishes in my house that it can hardly avoid doing every two to three, but it is also a dish that I often have solved the age-old question (for me it is a tragedy ...) what present to diners for starters .....
It 's very very fast and if we are even a little corny, but I assure you that it really makes a good impression on the table ....

course for its extreme simplicity, the most important thing about this dish is the choice of ingredients, which must be of excellent quality.

Cocottina salmon and buffalo provolone

Serves 2:
  • 100 gr smoked Scottish salmon
  • 100 gr smoked provolone buffalo
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 bunch of parsley

Method: Grease

cocottina with a tablespoon of olive oil and then with layers of chopped smoked cheese and salmon slices, alternating the ingredients. Then season with another cucchaio of olive oil and chopped parsley.

Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown
